What if we trade 'pushing ourselves by constantly doing', for 'trusting ourselves by 'just' being'?

Imagine, trusting that anything that needs to be done, will be done effortlessly, without pushing yourself through a to-do lists. Instead of being drained at the end of the day, you feel energized. It might sound like a dream, but it's at your fingertips.
The question is: do you dare to let go off all the to do's that you belief are important?
Practically, this means we start our days by sensing (through e.g. meditation) what we feel like doing, instead of going on automatic pilot and ticking off actions. So yes, maybe you won't go for a run today, maybe your house will be a mess for another week... you might cancel the dinerdate. But also: you might spontaneously finish that personal project that you started. Not because you push, but because it wants to be done today.
It's our mind that often beliefs we are in control by 'managing' our actions, but our hearts know best when to do what and with whom. And trust me, you won't miss any deadline... unless the deadline is not meant to be reached today ;)
Experiment and find out yourself!
